I handle all orders personally, and every item is 3D printed to order. Because of this, shipping times may vary slightly depending on production schedules and postal services. I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

• All items are 3D printed to order.

• Typical production time is 1-3 business days from payment before dispatch.

• I will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order size.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• UK deliveries: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

• I do not offer International deliveries.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or unforeseen events outside my control.

4. Damage During Transit

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 7 days of delivery.

• I may request photos of the damaged packaging/product to assist with a claim.

• A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged once the issue is confirmed.

5. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
