Return Policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because all items are custom 3D-printed to order, my returns policy is limited, but it fully complies with Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, I will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at my discretion. A manufacturing defect is defined as a fault occurring during the production process that impacts the intended function or quality of the part.

  • Damage in Transit: If your order is damaged during delivery, please notify me within 7 days of receipt. I may request photographs of the packaging and damaged product to assist with shipping claims and to arrange a suitable resolution.

  • Other Returns (Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse): I do not accept returns for non-defective custom items.

  • Case-by-Case Refunds: In certain circumstances, I may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific issue.

  • Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in original condition, with all parts included.

    • Products that have been used, modified, damaged through misuse, or subjected to conditions beyond their intended use are not eligible.

    • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Shipping

  • Who Pays Return Shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit. I recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after I receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Partial Refunds / Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

5. Replacements & Repairs

  • For defective or damaged items, you may choose between a replacement, repair, or refund.

  • Where a full return or replacement is not practical, I may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Digital downloadable STL files.


 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Complete the Return Request Form.

  2. I will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days after approval.

  4. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
