When you purchase a digital product from 3D Formed, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal use only. You do not own the design itself—only the rights to use it as described below.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the digital files to:

Download and store them for your own personal use.
Print or create physical items for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Modify or adapt the files, provided the modified files remain for your personal use only.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the files for any commercial, business, or profit-generating activity.
Resell, redistribute, gift, or share the digital files in any form (original or modified).
Upload the files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform.
Claim the designs as your own or use them in any way that infringes on copyright.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of 3D Formed. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once the files have been downloaded.

6. Liability

3D Formed is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our digital files. All products are provided “as is.”
